The developers looking to revitalize the former Pioneer Inn property in downtown Oshkosh are putting a tight deadline on the city.
Consultant Tim Hess says they need to know by the end of September if the city will provide at least $8 million in tax incremental financing for Art Dumke.
Hess believes if that doesn’t happen the site will continue to sit vacant.
Dumke is looking to add more marina slips, daily rental condos, a small extended stay hotel, a water park and a site for glamorized camping.
