The wife of one of two missing Shawano County brothers says her husband never waits long to contact their family on long trips.
35-year-old Nick Diemel and 24-year-old Justin Diemel went missing while doing business in Missouri. Nick’s wife Lisa says she last talked to them on Sunday morning. She describes Justin as a “teddy bear” with a big smile. She says he’s a loving uncle and brother-in-law.
Lisa is sending messages to her husband over text and social media every day. She says investigators are trying to use GPS to locate their phones.
The brothers own Diemel’s Livestock north of Nichols and they went to Seymour High School. Their rental truck was found in a park-and-ride lot northeast of Kansas City.
