Three people leaving from EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh were killed in a small plane crash in northwest Nebraska.
Chadron City Manager Greg Yanker says the pilot and two passengers died at the scene yesterday afternoon.
The FAA’s preliminary investigation sows the two-engine Beechcraft Barron 55 was registered out of Sebastopol, California, north of San Francisco. A spokesman says the plane crashed while it was approaching the Chadron Municipal Airport.
