A standoff in Black Creek is over.
It ended around 12 a.m.
Outagamie County Sheriff Lieutenant Ryan Carpenter says it started around 4 p.m. yesterday after an argument between a father and son.
Carpenter says the son, who’s in his 20’s, pulled a gun on his father.
The older man was able to leave the house but it took hours before negotiators convicted the son to surrender.
The standoff closed Highway 47 in both directions between Burdick Street and Highway B for several hours.
No one was hurt.
