One of the eight teens that doctors believe were hospitalized because of vaping is from Winnebago County.
Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin says all eight had serious lung damage, and they had been using e-cigarettes in recent weeks or months. Doctors are still investigating the exact cause of their illnesses.
