The Closs family home in Barron in northwest Wisconsin is torn down.
Thirteen-year-old Jayme Closs was kidnapped last October and her parents were killed at that home.
Jake Patterson pleaded guilty to the murders and for holding the teenager captive for about three months.
He’s serving life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Jayme says she can’t return to the home.
In an earlier letter she wrote about how much she loved her home and felt safe there and loved her room and belongings and Patterson took all of that.
