The city of Appleton will use all of its polling places next Tuesday.
Mayor Tim Hanna thinks communities that are consolidation locations are actually making things riskier for poll workers and voters. He says more voters will end up congregating in fewer places.
Hanna is confident that the city will be able to staff polling places, with the minimum of three workers, next week.
