Police say two people overdosed on heroin and caused a crash in Ashwaubenon, during the snowy weather yesterday.
Capt. Jody Crocker says 27-year-old Jessie House and 29-year-old Molly Schlichting were unconscious when they were found in a ditch along Ashland Avenue around 3:30 p.m. He says someone stopped, and was giving House CPR.
Crocker says the Hobart man and Keshena woman were both revived, and arrested. They’re now in custody.
