Oshkosh police say a murder-suicide led to the shooting deaths of two people on the city’s south side.
Chief Dean Smith says 26-year-old Brooke Harris went to 26-year-old Clint Jorgensen’s apartment on Cherry Park Court last Saturday afternoon. He says they had a nine-month-old child, and Harris was dropping the child off.
Smith says their investigation shows Jorgensen shot Harris multiple times and then turned the gun on himself. Harris died at ThedaCare’s hospital in Neenah.
Smith believes the two were having relationship issues, and Harris had been staying with family members. He says Jorgensen recently bought the gun.
