A third person is in custody in the human trafficking case involving a 17-year-old Oshkosh boy.
Oshkosh Officer Kate Mann says the 64-year-old Oshkosh man was arrested on a possible charge of soliciting a child for prostitution.
A 25-year-old Oshkosh man and a 36-year-old Menasha man were taken into custody earlier this month, after the teen was reported missing by his parents. Mann says the boy met the 25-year-old man online, and he’s a registered sex offender.
The boy escaped in Eau Claire.
