In recognition of Child Abuse Prevention Month, B.A.B.E.S. Inc. will host its first ever 5K fun run/walk throughout downtown Appleton. The ‘Movin and Groovin 5K’ is welcome to anyone who wants to help support B.A.B.E.S. Inc.’s vision to strengthen families by providing respite and related safety net services to young parents at no charge. The event is Saturday, April 27 at the Fox Cities Exhibition Center.
