Three people are facing a series of formal charges in connection with the death of a two-year-old Two Rivers boy.
Prosecutors are filing counts of chronic child neglect and child abuse against 27-year-old Rena Santiago, 25-year-old Bianca Bush and 28-year-old David Heiden.
They’re also charged with having marijuana. Santiago is facing a prostitution charge as well.
Investigators believe Gilbert Grant endured repeated beatings over an eight-month period. He died on April 26th.
