The Oshkosh School District is now getting laptops into the hands of its youngest students.
Superintendent Vickie Cartwright says kids in kindergarten to second grade can get Chromebooks, if they don’t have a device at home. They’ve issued about 250 of them so far. They’re normally shared in the classrooms at the elementary schools.
All Oshkosh students from third grade through high school get Chromebooks, through the district.
