Investigators rule out an act of nature as the cause of a fire that destroyed the former Whiting Mill in Menasha. The fire started at a time thunderstorms were in the area, but the Neenah-Menasha Fire Department says it does not appear that lightning was the cause. They are treating the fire as suspicious and are following up on other leads.
