The Oconto County Sheriff’s Office identifies a suspect in an alleged murder. Manuel Herrera-Hernandez is accused of killing a 35-year old Green Bay man–whose body was found in the parking area of the Green Bay Shores State Wildlife Area in Little Suamico back in February. According to a sheriff’s report, Herrera-Hernandez left with the alleged victim from a Walnut Street home the night before the body was found. A 30-year old woman arrested with the suspect claims she witnessed Herrera-Hernandez shoot the victim over a drug debt. Homicide charges are pending.
