Ridership continues to lag for Valley Transit. Administrative Services Manager Deb Ebben says the number of fare rides through April is down by 91-thousand from 2020 levels. Ebben points out that April 2021 ridership was higher than that of April 2020–when many businesses were in lockdown. Valley Transit is also only at 20-percent of their budgeted revenues for the first four months of the year.
