A World War Two veteran that gained notoriety after losing a treasured book has died. Lloyd Ellefson passed away over the weekend at the age of 100. Lloyd became a local celebrity after losing a copy of the rare book “After Five….Plus One” the history of the 93rd Armored Field Artillery–with which he served. The book was found by one of our listeners and was returned to Lloyd in 2019.
