APPLETON, Wis–A former Oneida church pastor will spend 16-years in prison for trading child pornography on the internet. Rick Haberland is also sentenced in Outagamie County Court to 16-years on extended supervision for four counts of Possession of Child Porn and one count of Possession of Meth.
Haberland was arrested in February after a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on his internet activities. He was serving as pastor at several United Methodist churches in Oneida, De Pere, Suring, Phillips, and Eden.
