WINNECONNE, Wis–A Winneconne woman is arrested in connection with a nationwide fraud scheme. Police say the 66-year-old collected thousands of dollars via fake online sales, business opportunities, and charity donations.
Investigators have identified victims in at least eight states thus far. Criminal charges are pending.
