GREEN BAY, Wis–Criminal charges are filed against a Texas man in connection with an alleged A-T-M robbery attempt in Howard. Desmond Jackson of Houston is facing counts of Attempted Theft and Criminal Damage to Property in Brown County Court.
Jackson was allegedly part of a group that tried to yank an A-T-M from its base at the Nicolet Bank early Tuesday morning. Investigators believe Jackson is part of a gang stealing teller machines across the country, although he claims to have come to Green Bay to meet someone he met in an on-line dating site.
