APPLETON, Wis. — A Milwaukee man reaches a plea deal in connection with a Kaukauna murder.
Dontae Payne is convicted in Outagamie County Court on a reduced count of Second-Degree Intentional Homicide.
Payne and Tanya Stammer took part in the shooting death of Brian Porsche during an attempted drug robbery in a home along W. Division Street back in March of 2021.
Stammer has already been sentenced to 23 years in prison. Payne faces up to 60 years in prison when sentenced on Feb. 2.
