APPLETON, Wis–Police are recommending homicide charges against an Appleton woman in connection with a suspicious death. Samantha Krebs has been in custody since July 22nd–four days after a man was found dead in a North Park Drive Lane residence.
The cause of the man’s death has not been released. Investigators are recommending one count of First Degree Intentional Homicide.
