MADISON, Wis–Two area restaurants are in the running for serving Wisconsin’s Best Burger. The Wisconsin Beef Council is holding its second annual contest, and Mihm’s Charcoal Grill in Menasha and 11:11 Burgers and Beignets in Fond du Lac are in the “elite eight”.
A secret panel of judges will visit each of the finalists over the next couple of weeks to judge those burgers. Wisconsin’s Best Burger will be announced on May 1st.
