(KAUKAUNA, WI) — A Kaukauna middle school teacher says he’s not guilty of attempting to expose a child to harmful descriptions.
Ty Maki enters that plea is Outagamie County Court. Maki allegedly sent hundreds of sexually explicit texts to a person he thought was a 15-year-old girl–but was actually an undercover officer.
No trial date is set. A pre-trial conference is set for October 7th.
