FOND DU LAC, Wis. — Convicted murderer Taylor Schabusiness attacks another attorney in court.
Schabusiness was in Fond du Lac County Court Friday morning for a preliminary hearing on one count of battery by a prisoner when she lunged from her chair and struck attorney Curtis Julka.
Sheriff’s deputies took her to the floor and then carried her out of the room by her arms and legs. The hearing was then canceled.
Schabusiness is serving a life sentence for the murder and dismemberment of Shad Thyrion in February of 2022. She attacked one of her attorneys before that trial.
The latest charges stem from an alleged attack on a prison guard at Taycheedah Correctional Institution last November.
