APPLETON, Wis. — A Kaukauna woman who damaged houses under construction reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Kendall Strobel-Nieft is convicted in Outagamie County Court on two counts of burglary and two counts of criminal damage to property — while six other charges are dismissed.
Strobel-Nieft entered construction sites around the Fox Cities from 2021 through 2024, turning on faucets and causing flood damage to uncompleted homes.
She faces up to 32 years in prison when sentenced on Sept. 25.
