FOND DU LAC, Wis. — Lengthy prison sentences are handed down to a Fond du Lac mother and the man who paid her to have sex with her pre-teen daughter.
Elia Antonio will spend 34 years in prison followed by 20 years on extended supervision for human trafficking, failure to protect a child and bail jumping, while Juan Rocha Mejia is sentenced to 40 years behind bars and 20 years on extended supervision for sexual assault of a child.
Rocha Mejia paid Antonio $250 to have sex with her 12-year-old daughter back in May of last year. The girl was able to escape from Rocha Mejia and got a neighbor to call police.
Both Antonio and Rocha Mejia are in the country illegally.
