OSHKOSH, Wis. — A suspect in an Oshkosh shooting incident is now in custody.
Oshkosh police say Jay’vion Stark turned himself in to the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office this week.
Stark was wanted in connection with a shots fired incident along the 1200 block of Titan Court on July 16. No one was hurt.
Stark is being held on probation and parole violations. Criminal charges are pending.
