(NEENAH, WI) — The City of Neenah’s former Superintendent of Public Works faces a misdemeanor theft charge.
Police say 54-year-old Gregory Radtke allegedly had employees recycle city-owned scrap metal and pocketed the proceeds.
According to the criminal complaint, police began investigating Radtke in June after he was terminated from his job. The complaint goes on to say employees were directed to take scrap metal to Gibson Iron and Metal for cash, which was never deposited into city accounts.
If convicted, Radtke faces up to nine-months in jail and a fine of up to ten-thousand dollars.
