SHAWANO, Wis. — Shawano police are searching for a suspect in an alleged shooting incident.
The individual reportedly shot a clerk while trying to rob the People’s Express gas station along S. Main Street around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect fled the area before officers arrived.
