(WAUPACA, WI) — The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office arrests a suspect in connection with a fatal overdose death.
During a July 29th emergency call, investigators determined that a woman died from an illegal drug overdose. It was then determined that Richard Kramer was the alleged source of the illicit drug.
A search of Kramer’s residence in Winnebago County turned up cocaine, various other prescription drugs and firearms. He was taken into custody and charged with First Degree Reckless Homicide and delivery of cocaine.
A $100,000 cash bond was set for Kramer during his initial appearance in Waupaca County Court.
