Congressman Glenn Grothman considers the use of National Guard troops to provide security in Washington this week to be a “waste of taxpayer money”. Grothman tells Josh Dukelow on Fresh Take that there is little chance of additional violence at the inauguration. Grothman says he will make a decision today on whether or not to attend the inauguration ceremony at the Capitol.
