The shortage of available homes for sale is reaching a critical state. Bellevue realtor Ben Bartolazzi says competition for the few homes for sales is fierce.
Bartolazzi says paralysis is starting to enter the system.
The Realtors Association of Northeast Wisconsin says there were 722 homes for sale in Brown County in December of 2019. That fell to 525 houses for sale last month–and just 314 this month–with 132 already having accepted offers.
