Chef Jeff’s Teriyaki Marinade
- 2 cups Soy Sauce
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons granulated garlic
- 2 Tablespoons granulated onion
- 1 Tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Black pepper, table or coarse grind
1. Combine the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, granulated garlic, granulated onion, ginger and black pepper in a bowl or vessel large enough to marinate the product.
2. Place the product (vegetables, pork chops, chicken breast, venison, beef, salmon, etc.) in the marinade and allow it to marinate under refrigeration for at least 12 hours. Hint: The longer, the better.
3. Prepare the product as required!
