APPLETON, Wis–Thrivent is exploring development plans for its offices on the north side of Appleton. A release from the company says that Thrivent has seen more employees choose to work from home or in a hybrid schedule, so not as much space is required for their Appleton offices.
The financial services organization says that it remains dedicated to maintaining a presence in the Fox Cities. Thrivent owns 600 acres along Ballard Road, much of which is a marsh with a public trail.
The company is working with the city to determine if the entire building can be renovated, if it will build a smaller facility on the site, or lease space somewhere else.
