BRUSSELS, Wis–The superintendent of the Southern Door School District has resigned. Chris Peterson turned in his resignation on Thursday, and it has been accepted by the school board.
Peterson had been on paid leave since at least early March. District officials did not disclose the exact date the leave started and what was the reason behind it.
Peterson’s resignation is effective on June 30th.
