MANITOWOC COUNTY, Wis. — A Valders woman is seriously injured after crashing into a train.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office says the 76-year-old woman failed to stop for a train at the railroad crossing on Lenz Road south of U.S. Highway 151 around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
She was airlifted to the hospital, where an update on her condition has not been provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
