Today begins a new era for a historic building in downtown Neenah.
It’s the first day for new owners Justun and Julie Hart.
Justun says the couple attended several events at the Ballroom at The Reserve, located on the third floor of the historic Equitable Reserve Association building. He says the former owner wanted to sell it, but after a beautiful renovation didn’t want it to turn into cubicle space.
Hart says their first event will be in September. He says it will be a musical cabaret, and it will serve as an open house for the community.
Hart envisions using the space for weddings, corporate events, children’s theatre, ballroom dancing, and live music.
