OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, Wis. — Two people are dead following separate weekend crashes in Outagamie County.
In the first incident, the sheriff’s office says a car driven by a 66-year-old Green Bay woman ran off Highway U at the bottom of a steep hill around 11 a.m. Saturday. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Then around 10:25 p.m. Saturday, a motorcyclist reportedly struck the median barrier wall along northbound Interstate 41 near Holland Road in Little Chute and was thrown from the bike. That driver was also pronounced dead at the scene.
The causes of both crashes are under investigation.
